Councillor expresses fresh concern over Donegal Garda numbers

Description
There's further concern over a lack of Garda resources in County Donegal.
There's said to be many issues impacting the force in the County, with questions also being asked to why a long promised Dog Unit has not yet been established.
A number of upcoming retirements are also said to be worry, with not enough new Gardai being assigned to Donegal to make up for the loss.
