Kaitlyn Foster, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC graduated with her BSN in nursing from UVA and worked in the NICU as a nurse for 7 years before pursuing her PNP at Vanderbilt University.
She works part-time as an NP and is the founder of Wild Mother Path, a doula business, in 2022, after a career as a registered nurse in a NICU where she saw firsthand many women struggling postpartum to find a groove in motherhood. She saw the same issues in her personal life as her friends brought their newborn babies home and had little to no support as they recovered and took care of their babies. She works as a birth and postpartum doula in the greater Charlotte Metro area.
