Today we're talking about Daily Prompts; those short, simple questions that get you writing when the brain fog kicks in.

During the episode, I gave you two sets of prompts. For the full context make sure you listen to the episode, but here they are.

Here are a few of my favourite go-to prompts:

  1. What’s on my mind right now?
  2. What do I need today?
  3. What am I avoiding?
  4. What’s gone well lately?
  5. What am I learning about myself?

You don’t have to use them all. Just pick one that fits the day.

PLUS...

  • Monday - “What do I want to achieve this week?”
  • Tuesday - “What’s draining my energy right now?”
  • Wednesday - “What am I proud of?”
  • Thursday - “What would I do if I wasn’t afraid of failing?”
  • Friday - “Who or what made this week better?”

That following weekend, read them back. You’ll start to see patterns, little clues about what really matters to you.
