Bea is a former Chiropractor, running & strength coach, online coach for weight loss as well as specialising in coaching for runners and triathletes. 

In this podcast, we discuss whether you runners have specific traits in personalities, types of muscle fibre in the body that is best for long-distance vs short distance and if that is something we can train to go either way dependent on preference. We also discuss strength training and whether it's useful for those running and if so, which type of exercises to do. We also discuss some great tips for those starting on their running journey, especially as a form of exercise during the UK's Lockdown 2.0
