You notice the lightness you feel after letting go of the day and easing into your bed. You are able to relax and move into sleep letting go of thoughts. Free from the days work, stress, thoughts, patterns and easing into a wonderful sleep journey.


No real time for cake and crime stories but brave souls, broken or on purpose, taking a journey into mental health awareness crossing the path of a journey into meditation time. Struggling to awaken or awakened souls, or fears of death, conscious living, and even beyond physical existence and the magic of understanding the other side, hence "No Cake and Crime, only a Meditation Time of a path to Moksha (liberation).
