Remove the bitterness from your heart and mind. Holding onto this pain is unnecessary, unproductive, and keeps you a victim of your past. You choose to move forward into a life without it. You notice the lightness you feel after letting go of the past and the people from it. You are able to find joy again because you forgive yourself and others. Free from the past and pain freedom.


No real time for cake and crime stories but brave souls, broken or on purpose, taking a journey into mental health awareness crossing the path of a journey into meditation time. Struggling to awaken or awakened souls, or fears of death, conscious living, and even beyond physical existence and the magic of understanding the other side, hence "No Cake and Crime, only a Meditation Time of a path to Moksha (liberation).
