Great Guide!
If you are on the path this book is absolutely essential. If you are not on the path this book is also great for you. If you are interested in a better understanding of a genuinely good diet in all aspects of the word, cleaning your body the way our parents should have taught us to... if they only knew, and the fantastic benefits of urine theory then this is the book for you. Explanations of all of these topics are covered in a way that makes it easy for anyone to practice. All of Yogani's books provide a simple yet profound overview of whatever the topic is, including this book. With all of the health issues in the world today everyone could use a little help from this book. A few simple modifications in daily bodily up keep taught in this book will change the vessel your carrying throughout this life. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Valuable information for growing on the journey toward self-mastery.
It's alright
This is a very brief insight on the different cleansing techniques inherited from the massive yogic tradition. I feel the work is too brief, and it touches on very little. There's a lack of techniques and a couple of topics are quickly dismissed in favour of advertisement of parallel readings from the same publisher
Common Sense Approach to Diet, Nutrition and Cleansing
Although I thought I knew most of this subject matter, it turns out that I've learned a few things that I did not know before. This book reads very well and, like others of Yogani's books that I have read, presents in a very concise and easy to understand manner which seems to motivate you to practice. This is the third Yogani book that I have read. I'm sure I will read all of them.
