Amazon recommended this book to me so I thought I would give it a shot and I tried a low-carb diet in the late â90s when it seemed like everyone was doing it, but it just wasnât sustainable for me and Still, Iâve always been attracted to the idea behind low-carb eating and training your body to burn fat for energy instead of carbs and There are also lots of good tips for transitioning into the diet, eating out at different types of restaurants, and a handful of yummy-sounding recipes to get you started and iâve only been trying to eat according to the plan in this book for a few days, and so far itâs not nearly as hard as it was when I tried it fifteen years ago!
Great Guide and Recipe Book for Keto
I am on the Keto diet and looking for good information and recipes to help me with it and I found this book. Very good information on how to eat, what supplements to take, and great meal plans with simple menus that I can put to work in my battle to lose some weight with the Keto diet. Going well so far, but I have much more to go, but this book is a great help for sure.

Yummy recipes! Great book for people who want to do low carb and keto without a lot of fuss. Daniel makes it easy to follow a healthy plan with kids and/or a busy career. I love to have these suggestions to have on hand when my mind is blank about what to have for dinner. I can grab this book and have something on the table in no time. No excuse to cheat on your diet now.
