Leads the way to a healthier diet
Eating healthy is most often for me a challenge. With so many available pre-packaged foods nowadays, I often forget to eat healthy. The result is that I get so disappointed with myself that I hit an all time low and just totally forget about healthy eating. However, this book changed all that as it gives some bit of a leeway for dull foods. Meaning, as long as I eat majority of healthy foods ( meaning 2/3 of total intake) then I should not berate myself so much. The result, happy and healthy eating for me then! At least the way to healthy eating is made gradual and very possible. Who knows I might just end up a vegan soon. Kidding aside, yes, this is a great guide to lead you on your way to a healthier diet!
