Jost Zetzsche is a translation industry and translation technology consultant, an author on various aspects of translation, and an ATA-certified English-to-German technical translator. Originally from Hamburg, Germany, he earned a Ph.D. in the field of Chinese translation history and linguistics at the University of Hamburg. The Tool Box Journal, his technical journal for the translation industry goes out to more than 11,000 translation professionals.

Karen
Karen Tkaczyk helps individuals and companies with scientific translation and editing needs to get their message across to the English-speaking world – whichever part of it they are targeting. She has been translating French to English, localizing English and editing English for non-native authors since 2005. She has a PhD in chemistry from the University of Cambridge. She is a Fellow of the ITI (FITI) and is ATA-certified from French into English.

Gio Lester is the owner of American LSP and provides training opportunities to professional translators and interpreters as well as students of the fields. She graduated from Monterey Institute of International Studies in 2008. As a Brazilian-American she has more than 40 years of experience providing high-level translation and conference interpreting services. She is also the General Secretary of Abrates — the Brazilian association of translators and interpreters — since 2018.
