For more than 23 years, Kathleen has worked with hundreds of top brands in high-tech, financial services, government, life sciences, retail, online media, travel and more. She has seen firsthand the critical role global content plays in today’s competitive landscape and uses this understanding to help SDL customers accelerate time-to-market and increase global market share. Kathleen has an MBA in marketing and is a highly respected speaker and published co-author on topics such as global business strategy and global social media.
Kathleen is a senior consultant at SDL. Prior to her current role, she spent 5 years as executive vice president of SDL North America. Prior to returning to SDL she held VP positions in Sales and Marketing at Lionbridge.

Elisabete Miranda | CQ Fluency
Career entrepreneur from Brazil who has made it her mission to help those who speak different languages, to be able to communicate and culturally connect with each other. As an expert in multicultural communications, she has acted as a cultural consultant to multilingual healthcare projects targeting various ethnic communities in the U.S. and abroad. She is a passionate diversity and inclusion advocate actively involved in the “Supplier Diversity Community,” and serves on several boards and committees. Elisabete is the current Vice President of DA4S and since 2007 has held multiple Board seats and currently co-chairs the Community Outreach committee.

Véronique Özkaya | Chief Executive Officer at Argos Multilingual

She holds a double master’s degree in international politics and administration as well as a diploma in marketing and public relations. Véronique is a former GALA board chair. Prior to Argos Multilingual Véronique was CEO at Xplanation and before that, she held senior roles at Moravia and Lionbridge.
