This week, we went a little deeper than usual. We wanted to bring awareness to domestic violence specifically as it pertains to men. In the episode, we unpack a brief summary of a recent case involving a well-known Hollywood couple, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. We use this case to illustrate the point that no one is immune to the mental, emotional, and physical repercussions that can take place in an abusive relationship.

We also wanted to put the spotlight on 'secure attachments' and what that looks like in successful/committed relationships and friendships.
