E30: SAVOR AND ENJOY THIS LIFE
Description
In this episode I share a journaling excerpt where God is reminding me to enjoy this life. We are surrounded by a culture that emphasizes busyness and productivity, so it takes intentionality to slow down and be present in each moment. But as we do, it allows us to notice all of the gifts God has placed along our journeys of life. God invites us to enjoy His company which can be done anytime, anywhere, simply by directing our awareness to His Presence with us. God is the greatest friend you could ever spend time with, and He wants us to enjoy the life that He's given to us.

• You do not need to be so concerned about the little things. Let them fall into place. Remember who I am and why you are on this earth. Yes, work hard and do your best. But do not stress and strive. There is a difference.
• You do not need more than this moment with me. Do not rush through your moments, my child. This life is a journey that you are meant to savor and enjoy. To savor something takes time to slow down and pay attention. Slow down, my child.
• My way is light—both a shining light and a weightless burden.
