Today I'm joined by Amy Oldfield who is a fitness and nutrition coach, with 11 years in the industry. She's passionate about fat loss and strength training for women over 30. Through her online programme The Female Formula, she helps women lose weight, tone up and get their energy back. Her clients uncover what they need at each phase of life to get their hormones and metabolism working for them - from menstruating, to perimenopause and post-menopause. Amy's been overweight, underweight and everywhere in between. She's had multiple eating disorders and hormone imbalances, which led to her losing her period. She's been there and done it, and made all the mistakes so other women don’t have to!
