Today I'm excited to talk about a topic that comes to me often in my one-on-one coaching sessions that usually comes from salon owners-hiring. Many times they are having an issue at their salon, but when you really get to the root cause of it, it breaks down to are they hiring the right people? Are they hiring into their core values for their salon?
