Vice Admiral Robert Harward, a beacon of resilience and leadership, stands as the most decorated Navy SEAL in US Naval history. Over a 40-year career, he spearheaded the US Special Operations invasion of Afghanistan in the aftermath of 9/11, oversaw the Navy SEALs' role in Iraq in 2003, and undertook missions in Somalia, Syria and Yemen.
