One of the simplest ways to lose weight is to eat less.
Have smaller portions, use a smaller plate, weight out your food portions you will be surprised at how big a portion you have compared to what you are supposed to eat. I bet you are having 2-3 portions of pasta, chips, potatoes etc.
If you can't cut down the portions on your own get a family member or friend to help you, if that won't work then you need someone to hold you accountable for what you eat
It is simple if you can't cut down your portion sizes then get help to make you cut down your portion sizes.
To lose weight you have to consume fewer calories.
