I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 8 years now and have a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science. I have coached thousands of people of all backgrounds and abilites to help them overcome their shackles and optimise their health and fitness.
On the podcast I plan to bring on some fantastic guests who will share their tips and stories to help you become the strongest version of yourself, both physically and mentally.
