建議先練習EP9-跪姿與趴姿(後彎體式)(一)
請準備好一張瑜伽墊及小毛巾,請放下所有外在的紛擾,向內回到與自己的練習,練習過程中,身體當主人,頭腦當客人,一切自在一切自然,包括你的呼吸。
練習體式:嬰兒式(Child’s Pose ),桌面式(TableTop Pose),貓牛式(Cat Cow Pose),虎式及虎式變化式(Tiger
Pose),龍式(Dragon Pose),下犬式(Downward Facing Dog Pose),眼鏡蛇式及眼鏡蛇變化式(Cobra
Pose),半蜻蜓式(Half dragonfly Pose),大休息(Savasana)。最後,隨著音樂的流動,自由選擇繼續大休息或靜心或冥想。
