請準備好一張瑜伽墊,請放下所有外在外面的紛擾,練習過程,身體當主人,頭腦當客人,一切自在一切自然,包括你的呼吸。
練習體式-躺姿
快樂嬰兒變體式,向上伸腿式,向上伸腿式扭轉,V字捲腹式,半船式。
練習體式-趴姿(後彎體式)
平板式,單腳平板式,鱷魚式,眼鏡蛇式,單手弓式,趴姿脊椎扭轉式。嬰兒式,大休息。
請將外在的專注力,回到自己的身上,安靜的聆聽,慢慢的感受,大休息時可以將燈光調暗,或者放一塊布在眼睛上讓身體與眼睛徹底的放鬆,最後跟著音樂的流動,再自由的選擇你安靜放鬆練習。
