In this episode Lee and Joe do their weekly catch up - for Lee it's evening time and he's getting ready for bed. For Joe it's the start of his day and he's getting ready for work. 

During this quick chit chat they talk about Lee's weak immune system because he keeps getting back to back flu's. They talk about the beautiful scenery that Busy Dad (Max Edwards) and Oosiris (Derek Towers) have been doing in response to Lee's comments during the podcast with Greg Mauldin.

Joe reminds Lee that he will need to post his burpee session in a cubical - I don't think Lee is going to do it though lol. Joe manages to stump Lee momentarily with a few rapid fire questions and both Lee and Joe prepare themselves for their upcoming guest Igor Filins (aka Zero Gravity).

As usual Lee makes you laugh and both Joe and Lee have a good time in the process. Is there anything of value in these catch ups.....Hmmmmm......we're not so sure, but we'll leave that to you to decide.
