In this episode, Joe and Lee had the privilege of catching up with the one and only Moses Cuevas. One of the pioneers in the burpee community.

Moses speaks about where he's from - his journey and start in applying burpees in his life - some of his personal struggles including time spent in the prison system and why/how he ended up there. He shares with us some of the routines and sessions he was fortunate to lead while inside.  He talks about his new website which is scheduled to launch in the New year and his clothing brand "Eternal Legacy". Moses actually asks Joe and Lee some questions during the conversation which caught them by surprise in a good way.

Moses acknowledges some of the great influences who have touched his life (including his Dad who sadly RIL, passed away earlier this year). Somehow Lee and Joe now have a collaboration date with Moses Cuevas - Joe and Lee are excited and a little nervous - but keen to rip in and do our best. It's easy to see that Moses has changed and grown alot from the experiences which he's lived and he's striving to make a positive difference for not only himself but for others out there. 

Joe and Lee thoroughly enjoyed this raw and open conversation with one of the pioneers of the burpee community, and both Joe and lee consider it a privilege to have been able to spend some time with the man.
