Tone speaks about where he's from and how he ended up in Australia with his wife. The impending arrival of their second baby. His love of basketball growing up. Tone openly shares about how he was doing quite a bit of Pot for a time (aka the whacky tobacky 😂 ) and alcohol. 

He mentions and acknowledges his good friend Brendan Lowe and his Son Paddy who introduced him to Burpees, they've since created another inspiring monster within the burpee community in Tone (Thank you Brendan and Son Paddy). We talk about his Music and his obsessive behaviour when he gets into something - plus so much more.

I thoroughly enjoyed this raw and open conversation with a very genuine and humble practitioner and supporter of the burpee community. It's great to see Tone sharing more of himself through his YT channel.
