When someone you’re managing takes leave for their mental health, there are things you can do to support them while they’re away, and when they come back.

Almost half of us will experience poor mental health over our lives, so it’s likely that at some stage you will support a team member working through depression or anxiety or another mental health disorder.

What can you do to help them return to work?
