This is the eighth episode in a series of conversations between Abdi and Ian Ritter in Italy. Ian is a Brennan Counselor and healer with 18 years of experience. Ian has been on the spiritual path for the past 35 years.
Join us as we discuss addiction as being the inability to tolerate the moment as a survival response to trauma. The nuances of addiction as well as its cultural and personal manifestation are investigated. Lastly we explore the definition of sobriety as being present in the moment.
