Description

For many people these days in this age bracket, they might be totally ok with being single. More adults these days do spend more of their adult lives single. Where though one might be making efforts to get back into a relationship in the late 30's, 40's and beyond and finding creating the right one challenging (let alone navigating now creating one as NOT a biological parent, or not biological parent yet), there might be some factors and patterns playing out that are within our power to change. IF we can just become aware of what they are, what we want or need instead and HOW to work through them.

This episode contains a summary of 18 of them to be aware of. And might be just as useful for Practitioners, Therapists, Coaches, Helping Professionals and Leaders who want to know how to better support the people around them who aren't biological parents (or parents yet.) As people without kids by choice or circumstance.
