This was a very deep episode of Fænix Vision with my good buddy Ed Thompson! Ed is a holistic health & pain rehabilitation coach with a background in permaculture studies. Ed shared his story into holistic health & then we went in on the Jungian concept of the 6 Feminine Rivers that exist within the male psyche as well as unpack some of the shadow elements that have come to the fore within the male psyche. We spoke about the importance of going within so that you don't go without & rounded off by talking about one of Ed's passions in permaculture. We will defo be doing a round 2! I hope you enjoy :)
