I loved recording this episode with all round legend Ibb Mohammed of IM Strong & previously MYGYM Bristol. I linked up with Ibs a few weeks ago having not seen this gent for a few years & so glad I did so - The gym that Ibb created back in my home city of Bristol was instrumental in my health & fitness journey & very much put me on the path i'm now walking to which I am eternally thankful!
