Words have power. They have the power to lift us up or bring us down. In this last part of October’s mini pep talks, I share how a discouraging comment can affect your mindset. It’s okay for your emotions to be triggered when someone says something discouraging. You’re human. But if you want to keep moving forward, it’s important to have a mindset practice in place to help you reframe a negative mindset into something positive.
