Hey Momma!

Do you struggle with getting your kiddos to bed in a calm manner?  Are you so beat after the kids lights turn out that you want to collapse in front of the tv?


In this episode we’re going to discuss 5 tips to get your night time routine back on the tracks.  Let's organize the steps that each kiddo is taking in their bedtime routine so that things can run a lot smoother.  Stop feeling so frustrated and start creating intentional, calm routines for your kids to feel confident about, without you hovering over top of them each night.


Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to become more aware of the habits inside of your routines.  It's time to define a simple night time routine that even a child can do ;)  When you make sure everyone is on the same page with clear expectations, it's possible to have a calm effective bedtime routine.
