This episode is for change agents who would like to learn more about the Black female experience from a Black female and features Chief Encouragement Officer, Antoinetta Mosley sharing an introduction and then reading a poem she wrote titled, The Courage to Release: a poem about my experience as a black woman in 2023.
Antoinetta believes that courage is often the missing link in conversations about leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her goal is to help change agents across the globe consistently cultivate courage to reach their highest potential.
