You've probably seen boxing as part of a TV show or movie, but did you know it is a terrific exercise on its own (and no, you don't need to punch anyone!). Today we have with us, a champion of Indian boxing - and someone who champions boxing - Mujtaba Kamal. He is a 12-times national medalist. Currently he is a pro boxing promoter, and coaches celebrities as well.



Kamal and Chuck speak about the basics of boxing, how it can help you, the life of a coach, and more. His sessions are awesome and you need no equipment to start with, and we highly recommend you give them a shot (or punch!).
