In the very first episode of A Different View Podcast, we give listeners an idea of what to expect from the podcast this season and begin telling the story of Emma Drummond. 

Emma's parents made the choice to become Old Order Mennonite and Emma grew up in that culture. She takes us through what her life was like and what led her to flee in the middle of the night in an effort to leave behind what had become a miserable life for her, taking only a few clothes and a gripping fear of hellfire.
