Description
If you haven't heard, "should" is a dirty word. It's dripping in shame and fueled by judgment + lack. It's also a sneaky word that tends to come in extra hot at the end of the year. "Should" will get you places you don't actually want to go. You'll end up saying yes to things that aren't for you and be left wondering why you feel disconnected. When we're "shoulding" on ourselves, we're judging ourselves. And when we live by the "should's," we step out of integrity with who we are and live life by someone else's rules.
