What does it mean to be CONFIDENT? We hear this term a lot and I wanted to clear up how I will be talking about it on Season 3 of the Unleash your Potential Podcast. In order to be a fierce leader - you want to be confident, but what does that mean?
I break down the difference between having confidence in an ABILITY to DO SOMETHING. (i.e. Are you confident at playing basketball? At tying your shoe? How confident of a cook are you?) vs. having confidence in yourself!
As a leader, it's not about "being the expert" at everything. That's why you have a team, a group, a collective so everyone can shine.
No, a true leader isn't the "expert" in everything, but a true leader has faith and trust in themselves.
