Florida GOP Rep. Francis Rooney won't say which presidential candidate he is voting for on Election Day. The outgoing lawmaker opted NOT to run for re-election this year.

After only four years in Congress, Rooney tells Article One that he made good on his campaign promises and it's time to call it quits.
