On today's episode I share my first strategy for managing your perimenopause with success.
A strong and positive Mindset is going to be one of the biggest weapons you can have. Once you learn how to monitor your thoughts and turn any negative thoughts into a positive thoughts your life is going to change for the better.
The first step is to first become aware of your thoughts. Until you do that you are not going to be able to change them especially if they are more negative then positive.
You can think up to approximately 60,000 thoughts a day, crazy right but not all of our thoughts are good thoughts.
Perimenopause does not have to be hard and you don't need to struggle through this. I hope this episode helps you understand how to improve your mindset and how this is going to help you manage your symptoms and transition so much easier.
