Elliot Greenberg is the CEO of Greenberg and Family inc and Coffee Commercial Development. He opened location #1 of Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea Arizona franchise location Oct 2020 with a goal of 30+ locations over the next 10-15 years. He is currently working on locations 2, 3, and 4.
Elliot is also the CEO of Coffee Commercial Development. He purchases commercial pads and converts them into freestanding Quick Serve Drive-thru buildings.
