Whew!! Wow what a day this has been! I had the opportunity to visit with my dear friend Mandy McCleary on her Facebook page for a live interview & it was SUCH an awesome chat!!! Y'all know I'm a huge people person & getting to chat with her about life, her wellness journey & the craziness of life was such a great experience. Of course we went twice as long as she normally does because I don't know how not to talk a lot....I know, you're shocked. HA! Go check out her page!
