Mike Ross is the founder of ConNEXTions, a non-profit that helps high level athletes maneuver the in's and out's of NIL in college, as well as maximizing their earning abilities while they are still in high school. He's a businessman that sees a need outside of the traditional NIL collectives that emerged immediately after the landmark shift in college athletics, and is using his business experience to build another platform to offer athletes.
Is this one of the future emerging paths for athletes? And, what does it mean for college coaching, college athletics, and the athletes going through the process? Those the questions we're exploring in this episode.
