In this episode, Dan Tudor talks with strength and conditioning coach Angelo Gingerelli.

Angelo has coached at the college level for more than two decades, and is currently Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Seton Hall University, and published the book “Finish Strong: Resistance Training for Endurance Athletes”. His new book, "The Next Four Years: Compete, Win and Thrive in College Sports", is focused on helping emerging college athletes develop a solid understanding of what it's going to take to succeed as a college athlete, from the weight room, to NIL and the Transfer Portal.

Angelo talks with Dan Tudor about his observations about this generation, what motivates them, and what college coaches can do to utilize their strength and conditioning program in the recruiting process.
