A year where I busted my limiting beliefs, stepped into a greater version of myself and my purpose than I EVER thought possible and had a QUANTUM LEAP of a year both personally and professionally. I have absolutely LOVED coaching you, hosting retreats and sharing my deep love of yoga.

Don't get me wrong. It's not all roses all the time. So many years have felt like I was walking through mud. But we know what grows in the mud...THE LOTUS. One of the most beautiful and high vibrational flowers on earth. A symbol of wisdom and learning through challenge and struggle.

• How I started 2023 and a new ritual that I have implemented to welcome each year on a powerful note in a way that helps bring my visions to life.
