Description

On today's episode, we are joined by Hannah Seraphim. She's an author, editor, sound meditation practitioner and loving cat-mom. Hannah is also a thyroid cancer survivor.

We discuss her experience and journey with health trauma and how she developed a deep trusting in her own intuition, inner strength and voice—all of which ultimately led to her writing her first novel, Citrine Horizon. We talk about the importance of reconnecting to the Self and each other—and how  embracing our humanity, creativity and vulnerability can lead to true healing.
