Our belief systems about leadership, influence what we pay attention to and what we ignore. We tend to develop skills and strengths in areas we deem important while qualities of other leadership perspectives are less developed. By integrating one or more additional leadership paradigms into your dominant perspective, you will begin to notice more possibilities for expanding your behaviors, skills and mindsets.
