Grief is not new to Chris Powers. Following her sister’s death she founded Women Beyond Cancer and the Two Sisters Farm retreat center to support women battling any form of cancer. Following her husband’s death, it was her Pickleball community that helped her move forward. A self-described average athlete, Powers is now ranked number one in the world in doubles Pickleball for women over 60. In this episode of FOY Powers talks to Marc about that path, what she’s learned and what she loves about the sport, and how we can all help each other keep going.
