Lynn Roman believes in the power of healthy choices. The former Penn State point guard, and college coach is now a high school PE teacher and coach determined to set an example for the students she works with about the importance of moving your body. Now in her 50s, Roman is an accomplished triathlete who took home the gold in the 2022 National Senior Games in Fort Lauderdale. Life will deal us setbacks, but as Roman tells Marc, it’s important to work hard, have a great attitude and move on to the next play.
