After discussing our progress this past week we debate the idea of writing down our goals, and tracking our progress in the gym and the kitchen. Admittedly, Alan has struggled when it comes to recording his goals, as have I. We look at a study from Dominican University in California, and we also take comments from listeners to try and determine how important it is to put pen to paper when we have goals and desires for ourselves.
