This week on we are joined by Brian Monk, who just a day earlier was without power because of Hurricane Matthew! Brian is a stay at home dad with a 2 year old and another child on the way in just 4 weeks! He is a veteran, and has a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. I was excited to speak to Brian because his interview was suppose to be the day after his first mens physique competition, but because of the hurricane his competition was rescheduled for later in the month. We still had a great conversation, and Brian broke down his daily schedule including training and meal plans. We spent a lot of time discussing his flexible approach to dieting, and how he manages to train for a contest from home with a 2 year old. As always I check in with Alan to see how his weight loss is going, and your going to want to stick around to hear the fast one he tries to pull on me! Alan turns the tables on me and we also start breaking down m powerlifting training, and some problems I have had with my own diet in the past few weeks.
