Every month we lead our alumni group in a monthly course correct. This is based on a concept that we teach in our Harness the Power of Planning course because even when you know where you are going and you have a plan to get there, you need to course correct. The Apollo space missions had course corrections built into their schedules, which is why we do it to. The end of every month we reflect, reward, and recalibrate.
