This Week While Running (TWWR):

Megan tried Aqua Jogging (suffered defeat but will try again!)

Kelly goes all in on cold plunging (especially after listening to Trail Running Nation on the topic)

In this episode, we are injured and sad about it. Megan is recovering from a calf strain and Kelly has a case of Dead Butt Syndrome (DBS aka old butt problems). We explore options to continue training and discuss the importance of healing in order to build a new strength where injury once was.
